Event: Startup Grind featuring Jindou Lee from Happy Inspector

On March 12th, Startup Grind Adelaide will be featuring Jindou Lee, Co-Founder and CEO of Happy Inspector. Lee grew up in Adelaide, worked for some of the well known local web studios and gaming companies. In 2012, he co-founded Happy Inspector – a user-friendly iPad app that saves property managers 75 percent of their time when creating inspection reports.

With Happy Inspector, property managers can easily navigate areas and check boxes. And with the ‘quick check’ feature, it helps them sign off entire rooms, fast. Each inspection report automatically documents the time and date of the inspection, and also has a field for noting the water meter. When the valuation is complete, assessors simply hit ‘send’, and the relevant people receive the report via email.

Lost paper, forgetting to record, pens, clipboards and print-outs are now history. Over 9,000 property managers have kissed the complex inspection checklists goodbye, and switched over to Happy Inspector.

Lee is currently known as the pin up boy for Startup Adelaide, now living in Silicon Valley, kicking goals and giving back to the Adelaide community from the other side of the world.
