Club Kidpreneur launches the $50 challenge

The $50 challenge is a nationwide competition designed to inspire 8 to 12 year old students to create their own micro-enterprises to raise funds for their favourite charity, social cause or school P&C.

The challenge has been launched by the Club Kidpreneur Foundation, which is a not-for-profit social enterprise that aims to foster entrepreneurial thinking in primary-aged children across Australia. Their mission is to help kids start and grow their own micro-enterprises in order to spark an entrepreneurial spirit in the next generation.

Club Kidpreneur educational programmes aim to train the first generation of Australian financially literate children.

Working in schools, in the community and online, they deliver a range of innovative programs, inclusive of all kids regardless of background. Their toolbox of activities has the potential to reach over 2 million primary school kids, their siblings, parents, relatives and teachers.

Part of what makes the program so special is they also engage a large and dynamic network of real-world entrepreneurs to deliver our programs, providing a wealth of knowledge, experience, mentoring and future access to a thriving entrepreneurial network.

The foundation also welcomes new mentors and volunteers, so if this looks like fun and you want to get involved, register you interest here.
